The portal is continually updated with new properties ranging from commercial to residential that clients can be directed to. Intermediaries are also provided with a Marketing Toolbox that ensures that they have everything they need to get started straight away.

Referrals can be tracked online to ensure complete peace of mind throughout the process, at every stage the intermediary can see how their sale is progressing, right through until receiving their commission.

Our experienced team will ensure that the agent has all the tools they need to successfully sell property abroad, either as their core business or as a valuable second income stream to their existing business. They are provided with everything to make the selling of properties as simple as possible - you simply introduce clients and we take care of everything for you.

On average we aim to pay commissions within 30 working days of completion of the sale although it is often paid before that.
